“Awesome”
Hotel was very clean. Customer service was awesome. Love the access to the theatrical downtown area. Rooms are well updated

We loved this hotel. It had a really good location (in the theater district), it was easy to find, and had near by SAFE parking for a reasonable fee - compared to others). “It was alright.”
I called before hand to make sure certain things would be available to me, just to book my room, fly to Chicago, and find out that was not the case. Also, if you book a King bed, expect it to be a Queen because apparently in Chicago the King beds are different than the ones they use everywhere else… more
