“Amazing”
This hotel was amazing. Everyone was friendly and close to the train station and all the things I wanted to do. Will definitely stay there again

“Almost perfect”
Everything with the room was great but the lady at the front desk had an attitude. I don't know if she was having a bad 2 days but hospitality is what keeps people loyal to your brand.
