“Regina was a delight!”
Regina checked me in at the end of her shift. The online system was a little slow, but she apologized and kept me updated on her progress. She did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and was humorous and friendly. Thank you for a warm welcome, Regina! You're a rock star!

“Great place to stay in the West Loop”
Just a fantastic place to stay in the West loop, especially if you're here for a Chicago Blackhawks game. Game. The staff there is so fantastic, especially tiara who really shines with customer service. I definitely plan to stay here again!
