“Outstanding service”
From check-in to check-out, our overnight stay went very smoothly. The front desk staff were friendly & eager to answer any questions we had. Charles showed us to our room & helped with our luggage. “Quiet & Calming”
I loved how quiet the hotel was. I didn’t have a single issue or hear a peep out of anyone for my entire 4 day stay. The location was excellent too! I’ll definitely be coming back here again.

“Not great but tolerable for one night”
Clean and good location with friendly stuff. It's located right next to Northwestern Hospital, so there were loud sirens all night long. I also found the mattress very uncomfortable and the towels scratchy. Very poor selection for breakfast. Would not stay again.
