“Amazing customer service”
Great experience with Angeline. Her patience and assistance helped make my booking process go smooth for all our 31 guests. I've booked with Hilton before and was a bit hesitant because of the experience I had before with someone else. However, that wasn't the case with Angeline. Thank you so much!

“A wonderful stay.”
This hotel and experience was a great surprise. We came for a family gathering, which was hosted by the hotel, and they did an excellent job. Our reception was warm and engaging. “Evanston's Tiniest Bathroom?”
Chose the hotel due to its walking distance proximity to Northwestern for a campus visit (didn't have a car). I'd say the hotel is overall adequate.
