“Perfect for my first trip to Chicago”
From the greeting at the door to the friendly staff. WOW!! Loved the art work, the friendly staff, and the free coffee. The weather was COLD for my South Texas self, but the staff offered plenty of suggestions. The location couldn't have been better. Not for my credit card thou.

“Nice hotel”
The James is a perfect located hotel In the centre (nearby the Magnificant Mile) with clean and big rooms. The interior of the room is modern. Friendly staff and a free drink at the end of the day on Sunday.
