“Great Service!”
Great location and spacious rooms. What really stood out, though, was the service, especially Julian at the front desk, who was amazing with us and our kids. Claudia at the bar was also fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

“10/10 recommend”

“Island of Peace in a busy city!”
Fantastic views, large, comfortable rooms, overall cleanest hotel I've ever seen. Hyatt Place us my preferred hotel and this is where I will stay whenever I return to Chicago! THANKS to all of the wonderful staff!
