“Amazing staff”
The helpfulness of the staff was beyond amazing checking in was quick and easy. After going to our room we realized our key didn't work and I ran back down and another person helped me and got them set super quick and apologized. “Great location for O'Hare”
Great staff, good location, shuttle every 15 minutes to the airport. They are updating the rooms, so as of May 2026 there is a bit of construction going on, but overall very happy
