“Kimpton Gray an unexpected surprise”
Lovely hotel walking distance from Amtrak, Opera, the Bean, Mich Ave. Staff were delightful - shoutout to Vesna! Room was lovely with quality linens, Frette robe. Wine pour in very comfortable lobby. Pizza in the downstairs restaurant Boleo is outstanding

I have stayed here before, and my stay was quite fine. I just find the insurance building atmosphere rather cold and the hotel does not have a pool.
