“Wonderful Stay at an Iconic Hotel.”
Fantastic stay at The Palmer House. Customer service at the front desk, restaurants, and curbside was outstanding. Our vintage yet immaculate room had a view of Lake Michigan. Make sure you stop to have a drink or sweet treat (Bertha Brownie, 1893 recipe) in the gorgeous lobby. Will stay here again.

“One of a kind experience in art and history”
The art is spectacular with amazing paintings. There is hidden architecture almost like a scavenger art hunt. The whole building is a one of a kind piece of historical art. Ozel with HGV have me a personal tour describing several pieces of the art. GO!

“Amazing brownies”
Hotel was wonderful. Staff is always friendly especially Ozel with hgv he has the best hair in the hotel.

“Comfortable stay for business at the Palmer House”
Enjoyed my stay at the Palmer House. Room was small but clean and comfortable. I appreciated the historic feel, including the beautiful lobby, and great check-in service from Areanna.
