“Very Accommodating”
The staff was very nice and accommodating for my dad and I. Beverly really helped me out when I needed a 2-bedroom last minute. Location is very convenient, and I overall recommend this hotel.

“Welcoming”
We highly recommend this hotel and the staff was very welcoming. We especially enjoyed getting to know Beverly, Shaniqua and Enrique. They made us feel like we were family and made sure all of our needs were met.

What an amazing hotel tucked into Chicago!!!! As soon as you enter the front door you are met with a beautiful lobby that can only be described as elegant. The room was nice and Beverly at the front desk provided excellent service at check in and beyond. The Italian bartender is very knowledgeable and friendly.
