“Great place”

Claudio was so kind and he brought our room service. He made me and my elderly mother feel so welcomed to Chicago. Such a friendly man and so kind!

“Excellent stay”
Great stay in a lovely hotel in an awesome city. Particularly found Claudio who brought my breakfast to be super friendly and cheerful. The views from the hotel are stunning. The bed was super comfortable.

View from my room is incredible! Can see the lake from 2 angles, the park and the river! The room is huge & well appointed. Extremely clean room & common areas. Service has been top notch. Had a little extra time in my morning so ordered breakfast to enjoy the view before my meetings started… more
