Beautiful hotel with great service. Really enjoyed my interaction with Tracy Taylor on the housekeeping team. “Great stay while attending a conference”
I had a great stay. The hotel is fantastic. Room was lovely, quiet and spacious; the view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier is amazing. Staff were professional and friendly. I particularly liked your gym. I was here for a conference and the location was convenient for after conference stuff.
