“Excellent Service”
It’s was a wonderful experience. I had wonderful service for the staff and especially from our service, Claudia who was amazing from start to finish. I recommend her service to anyone visiting!

“Great, but need gym addressed”
Everything great but one real issue, gym needs to open earlier. Especially with being in central time zone, more meetings are earlier on EST time, and 6am is way too late for business travelers. Gyms should be 24/7. In this case 5am will work. 6am too late

“A beautiful hotel in the best location”
The location, the room, the atmosphere and the event space and service were all exceptional. I can’t wait to return. In a city filled with pretty average hotel rooms, Viceroy was a highlight.
