“warm welcome in cold weather”
EVERY worker here is full of happy and passion. They loved their job and welcoming every guest visiting here. I been to the other virgin hotel in vegas, and the consistency of the service quality is the same!

Deandre was super helpful with our bags and very friendly! Hotel was clean and quiet, would stay again. Great location in the middle of downtown
