I travel to Deerfield at least a couple times a year and always get exceptional service when staying at Hyatt Regency. “Great”
Great atmosphere when you walk in. It’s very clean throughout the entire hotel ( inside and outside). Friendly employees with fast check in service.

“Great Business Traveler Hotel”
This hotel is located very convenient to my offices at the College of American Pathologists a short fifteen minute drive down Waukegan Rd. The rooms are well appointed especially the living area and wonderful desk that allows for a conducive area for working and taking virtual meetings.

“Not up to Regency standards”
A worn property & not a 4 star venue. Nice staff, but physical plant is aged & the property is not attractively maintained. Needs a big refresh!
