Initially I had chosen this Hotel due to its close location to the O'Hare Airport. Although not everyone working at this hotel is aware that there is good public transportation to and from the Airport. It is about 0.5 mile walk to the Multi Modal Facility and there you can take the Airplane train to all of the O'Hare Terminals. But if you want to go downtown, you exit at Terminal 3 where you pick up the Blue Train Line to go downtown. Now back to my review, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was greeted by friendly Veronica, who unbeknownst to me, as I found out later, is a Manager at this hotel. Veronica was very helpful helping me getting access to the hotel's WIFI and their heating unit as this hotel is on an energy conserving system and you need to activate it by inserting a card into this system. The next morning was greeted by Melissa who works the nightshift from 11 pm to 7 am. She and I had many friendly interactions while she was busily mopping the floors. Needless to say, this hotel is very clean as was my room. Later in the morning, I met Ruth, the breakfast cook. She was wearing a name tag with Ruth. I commented that that was my middle name, as I was named after my aunt. Ruth was very friendly and we hit it off. The breakfast she served had more than enough variety and was always fresh and always consistent in quality. There was a fancy coffee & hot water machine that serves coffee 24 hours a day. The seating arrangement next to the breakfast bar was comfortable and clean. There were also 2 computers available. As far as the rest of the employees, I only had superficial contact with them. The hotel has a very cozy and stylish interior as did the room I stayed in and had interesting art on the wall. My room had enough space to put things in and on which is quite often not the case with other hotels that I have been in. There was a good working area, a closet with ironing board and iron, several good sized drawers, a sturdy good looking couch with a table and attractive light fixtures. There was a good quality bed, dim lighting in the room with much brighter lighting in the bathroom and interesting art on the wall. There were two good quality dropdown shades, one that lets the light in but gives privacy and the other one that shuts out the light. My room was able to keep most of the road noise out. All in all, my stay was well worth what I paid for.

Very clean, pleasant hotel with wonderful staff. Melissa at the front desk was exceptionally kind and patient as she helped get a car service at 4:00am

A big thank you to Jose, who was always so quick and ready to help with anything I needed, and to Veronica at the front desk—she's a true superstar, juggling multiple tasks effortlessly without ever making guests wait. I really enjoyed my little chats with the staff, too. It’s those little things that truly make a difference, especially when you’re tired from a long trip.
