This hotel is very nice, in all appearances, everything was clean, and we really enjoyed the kitchen/living area. It's nice to have a place to sit besides the bed. We checked in on a Friday and out Sunday morning. There were a couple of issues, we were in room 228, and that was right next to the open area that looked down on the breakfast seating. The weekend we were there was the weekend of the beginning of March Madness. You can hear just about everything from that room. At night there were groups of people sitting in the breakfast area watching the game, which I don't have a problem with, but, when it's 11 at night and you can hear people yelling and hollering at the tv/bb game, that's a little annoying. Most places have a quiet time period. If the it wasn't so open, it might not have been so loud. Also, hardly any hot water. I'm sure the hotel was sold out, but, one still expects to have some hot water to take a shower. Overall, I've definitely stay here again, should I ever find myself in Peoria again. It was a good location, easy on and off, a lot of different restaurants really close to the hotel. Parking was a bugger because of the Deer Classic and Rodeo that was happening across the street at the Civic Center. Had a hard time finding a spot with everyone's trailers taking up space.

In for a quick business trip. The front desk was very nice. The hotel and room were very clean. The breakfast in the morning as also very good. The only hiccup was when I checked in they checked me into a room that already was not made up yet. The front desk quickly fixed and got me in a clean room. Rooms are spacious. free parking, friendly staff, good breakfast. I would stay here again

This stay was better than my stay in 2022 so things have improved since then. Check in was fast and pleasant. Breakfast area is all torn up but they were serving breakfast out of a room by the elevator. It was fine under the circumstances but not as good as I have had there before COVID. Room was clean. Bathroom door sticks, so hard to open and close. Kitchen area was lacking. I went to heat something in the microwave and needed a spoon to stir it and there were NO spoons in the tray and ONE fork. Many knives of various kinds if you wanted to eat your food with a knife. Also not much for dishes and I noticed one of the "clean" cups was not clean. This room had been remodeled so one would think it would have updates in regards to the kitchen items. Not sure I get the weird round coffee table in the room. It's really too high to be a coffee table and being round, it's just awkward in that room. New sofa was good and the bed was comfy. Liked the walk-in shower. I put some clothes in the dresser in the bedroom, shut the drawer and when I came back into the room, the drawer was open. Hmmm...Thought I shut it. Went back out and came back in later and the drawer was open again. It was starting to freak me out a bit. Discovered you had to push kind of hard to close it otherwise it would open by itself. A little creepy. You had to use a parking pass this time which I think was a good thing. Last time I stayed it seemed like the parking lot was being used for a hang out. Overall a good stay and will stay again. curious to see what it will look like when the reno is done.
