Narda was honestly amazing. She made my stay so much better just by being so friendly and easy to talk to. Every time I needed something, she was there to help and always had a great attitude. “Chicago trip”
Overall I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The check in process was very smooth and easy all thanks to Veronica at the front desk.

“My Daughter 11 B-Day”
I want to commend Veronica at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming and kind, going out of her way to help me and my kids. She made me feel like my stay was personally important to her – a true first-class receptionist.
