“Great experience all around!”
This hotel is located in a quiet area near I-88. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very good and varied each day with both hot and cold items. “Just ok”
Hotel was acceptable but I was anticipating fantastic. Carpets dirty. Staff friendly. No real bar or much food available in late evening. Front desk made me a salad which filled the belly but was an expensive salad for what it was.

“It's fine”
Great location in Naperville just needs to be updated. Feels a bit old in style. It was fine for 2 nights. Nothing fancy. Beds comfy but towels crunchy.

“Fix the elevator—- long waits”
I have visual impairment. Check in 8 pm lobby and front desk dim. One working elevator the 4 nights I stayed. Maintenance staff told me elevator had been out a week before I arrived.
