“Wonderful service by Enrique”
We had a lovely time at the bar. Enrique was amazing. He was so polite and very conversational. He remembered our names from previous work trips. Visit him anytime you are in Naperville. Enrique is the man!

“Understaffed and under-maintained”
This hotel is understaffed and under-maintained. Dirty floors and elevators. Water not restocked. Dining staff tried closing the restaurant 2 hours early so they didn’t have to serve us

“Beautiful Lobby, but the rooms need WORK!”
The lobby was extremely nice, but that - clean - BUT it’s old. The carpet was clean. The bed was bed bug free & comfortable! Wallpaper coming off. The doors looked like they were sprayed & not wiped. One room key didn’t work. Mobile key didn’t work. Took at least 30 mins to check in. Won’t be back … more
