I had called in advance to get a fully equipped handicapped room for my 91 year-old parents and naturally it was not noted on the reservation. Overall, I was very happy with our stay. The staff was fantastic. We were travelling with our dog, and they were so friendly and welcoming to her and us. Check in was a breeze.
