“Ideal hotel”
We had had a very long day of driving and were very pleased to find a comfortable, easy and pleasant place to stay. If our travels take us back to Portage, we will certainly stay there again.

“We Enjoyed Our Stay”
This was an amazing stay. The hotel was immaculate. It had the friendliest staff and they were so accommodating. We arrived well before the check-in time, but Felecia very quickly contacted housekeeping to get a room ready and we were able to check in early. Great hot breakfast variety that man… more

“Housekeeping?”
The toilet bowl was not clean and hair was found on the side of the toilet and in the bathroom. The TV guide was not working on the remote. There was no telephone in the room.
