“Nice Stay”
Great location and great places to stay for families. Lots of space and of course you know you get your own little kitchen. There is a divider between the living room area and the bedroom area, which is nice. We’ll definitely stay here again.

“Amazing during a long, medical stay”
My mother had emergency surgery at Unity Hospital in Bettendorf (just seconds away from the hotel on Utica Ridge Road) and my family needed to stay close to help out, as none of us live in town. “No complaints”
Place is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast had overnight oats and a build your own burrito. Far enough off the main road that traffic noise doesn't exist. ADA accessible room was on the first floor, so didn't have to use the elevator.
