“A pleasant surprise”
This hotel casino was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful atmosphere, very friendly staff.. Front desk person Renee was very nice and knowledgeable. “Fool me once, not again.”
The front desk lady complained about her day the entire time and was very annoyed to assist me. I had to ask about where to go once reservation was done. No hand soap in bathroom, so used body wash each time from shower. No mention of extra $15 for resort fees, even though peeps coming to casino… more
