“Clean, comfortable, and convenient”
I have stayed in several Hampton Inns, and this is one of the nicer ones. My room was very clean, staff was very friendly, the lobby/common area was stylish. The location is great! The cute downtown area is right outside the front door. Easy parking and a short drive to the university.

“Excellent hotel -EXCEPT for the parking fee”
This is a very nice hotel with comfy rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast is outstanding. I love the location overlooking bustling, lively downtown Cedar Falls. But, I deducted one star in protest of the $15 nightly charge to park in the open, ungated lot next to the hotel. This fee was not disc… more

“Downtown Cedar Falls”
Rooms are quiet and the river view was interesting. They did charge $15 to park. The breakfast was good. The staff is excellent and the hotel is very well maintained. The workout room was good and equipment was in good repair. Internet is good.

“Friendly staff, needs some repairs”
We've stayed here a few times. The location is awesome right downtown Cedar Falls. The staff is super friendly and will bend over backward to help you.
