It has the privilege of being the hotel closest to the Iowa State Capitol, the trendy East Village and the Court Avenue Entertainment District. Thanks to the hotel's location guests will find it easy to enjoy top Des Moines attractions including the Science Centre of Iowa (around 500 m) and Adventureland Park (about 11 km).
