“Nice visit”
Great location both Union Station and World War 1 museum are a short walk away. Free Railcar stops close to explore other areas. Never had a problem getting a Uber quickly. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Perfect location, great customer service.”
The hotel is perfectly located. Literally minutes from several great restaurants including a Jack Stack BBQ. The street car runs every 10-15 minutes and is a nice alternative to Uber. “Stay away from ice machine!”
The good: Very comfortable bed/pillows. Spacious room. Good free breakfast. Great location. Great price. The bad: Really yucky shower with many rust areas and peeling, bubbly paint. The gross: Multiple black things in the ice. YUCK!!!!

“An "OK" place”
This hotel was OK - just OK. First of all, location was perfect - the trolley runs right in from of it and the closest trolley stop was less than a block. This was our third stop on a week long trip ( the other two were at Marriott hotels) and this breakfast, while (again) OK, lagged far behind. … more
