“Helpful and attentive”

“Wonderful Hotel”
Aside from having to pay $39 valet fee when we were staying there, the rest of the stay was perfect! “Very pleased!”
First time stay here and I was pleased! The front desk team was courteous and although there was a slight wait they said “I’ll be right with you” which makes a customer feel seen and appreciated.
