“Friendly staff very helpful”
The hotel is clean and set at a perfect location right next to the softball fields at Blue Valley Recreation. The price is a good fit for amenities. The staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of pillows for use.

Room service was terrible. My room didn't get cleaned for 5 days. The only bright shining star and thing to look forward to, was the exceptional service of Christian, the concierge. “Nice staff, comfortable hotel”
Just checked into myplace. Its always my first choice when coming to overland park. There’s plenty of stores and restaurants around.
