“Perfect!!”
I have stayed here many times. It’s home away from home. Super friendly people and a very clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is 10/10!!! Best scrambled eggs and pancakes you will ever eat. “Enjoyable stay!”
Tru is quickly becoming our favorite hotel! I love the bright, minimalist decor. Breakfast always includes a variety of tasty options. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Ginneria Harley runs a great operation at Tru by Hilton on Waller Ave. The fresh, clean smell is the first thing you notice as you enter the lobby. That continues as you enter your room. “Check the sheets….”
Greeted promptly and courteously by front desk attendant. Check in process easy. Entered the room and pulled back covers - sheets had not been changed. Go back downstairs and was given another room. I’m not sure the sheets on the bed in new room had been changed either, but were not as wrinkled… more
