Long story short, we were stuck for a night in Louisville as our flight got canceled. Checking in we were greeted by the front desk agent Anya. “Disappointed stay”
The lack of light in the room is a problem. It is very dark. We have stayed at 21C many times but this time the front desk staff were too busy to say good morning or anything at all. It was not a friendly vibe.
