My family and I stayed here while my father was hospitalized across the street at Centennial Hills Hospital. We live in Henderson/Mountains Edge, and after making the long drive back and forth every day for the first week, we realized we needed to be closer so we could spend as much time with him as possible. What started as a short stay turned into a much longer one as my dad’s condition changed and his hospitalization was extended. We ended up extending our stay three separate times, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Even when the hotel was completely booked, they worked hard to keep us informed, made sure we were first in line for a cancellation, and went out of their way to keep us in the same room rather than forcing us to move during an already stressful time. I especially want to recognize Jayce. He was the team member I worked with most throughout our stay, and he consistently went above and beyond for our family. He was kind, compassionate, professional, and always willing to help. During a time when we were exhausted, worried, and constantly adjusting plans, his support and genuine care made a real difference. The entire staff treated us with empathy and understanding, not as just another reservation, but as a family going through a difficult experience. We will always be grateful for the kindness shown to us during one of the most challenging periods our family has faced. Thank you to Jayce and the entire team for taking such great care of us.

“Pleasant experience”

We stayed at Home2Suites in NW Las Vegas while in town for a dog event. We stayed at Home2Suites in NW Las Vegas while in town for a dog event. Apple Maps had difficulty finding the hotel’s location and took a couple of minutes to figure out where we were when we needed to find food, parks, etc. The hotel is near a couple of shopping centers. We did not need to travel more than 2 miles for everything we needed. Hotel check in was easy. The hotel is a newer property. Desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and greeted us. The hotel welcomes dogs and the pups loved the treats at the front desk. There is a dog relief area with “grass”. I used the laundry - the machines were in good shape and the area was clean. The room clean and comfortable. It was stocked with the usual Home2Suites amenities. It was a challenge to adjust the thermostat to get a comfortable temperature in the room. In the morning, it took a few minutes to get hot water in the shower. The breakfast had a variety of selections and staff kept items stocked and tables cleared. Overall, a good experience at Home2Suites in NW LAs Vegas. I would stay here again.

This is a brand new hotel, so clean & shiny. Good bed. Great space and efficient room layout. Swivel out desk was unique and useful. Unfortunately window A/C unit kept wanting to put out freezing cold air; had to fight this and eventually turn off completely. Warning: I could not get this hotel to show up as a Las Vegas hotel on Hilton's own website. I had to find it on Google first and then link to the hotel website.
