We needed a stop on our road trip home and decided to relax in a suite at the Palazzo. Our whole family LOVED it. HIGHLY recommend the Prestige Lounge experience. Check-in is SO much nicer and easier through Prestige and we were immediately greeted with wine and soft drinks. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The evening drinks and appetizers were great and the staff very nice. Our room was very large and had an incredible view (even better view than Prestige Lounge!). Everything was perfectly clean. We needed extra pillows and they came almost immediately. As did the bellman on our way out. I think everyone's favorite was the breakfast though. It was delicious, plentiful, well organized and relaxing. And the coffee was excellent. The reviews for this hotel seem hit or miss, so I was a little anxious since it was our last stop on a very long road trip, but our experience was EXCELLENT. I would definitely recommend Palazzo and will stay here again.

“A great experience!!”

Everything! As soon as you step a foot inside the ambience is just perfect....it is clean, spacious, lots of activities to do inside the hotel, lots of choices to eat, to shop. It definitely has everything you need to have an awesome time!!

We stayed here to have easy access to the Sphere for a show so our expectations were met. Very easy walk to the show. The hotel is connected to the sister hotel, Venetian, and the shops and food between both places make it easy to never leave if you don't want to. Just expect everything to be pricy and the shops to be for the ultra wealthy. We found the staff to be excellent. We were on the 6th floor and the room was very spacious with 2 queen beds and a separate sitting area. The sitting area is a step below the main bedroom so it may be a problem for some. The AC blasted which was great in the 110 degree weather. We didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. A couple of notes: The room did not have a coffee maker or refrigerator. I could easily go downstairs for coffee, but I travel with medicine that needs refrigeration. The room has a bar fridge so I shoved the medicine on the top shelf and prayed I wouldn't be charged as if you move any items you will see it on your bill. We also could have used an ice machine that was more convenient and some water stations. The pools were plentiful and nice between both hotels. They were packed with people and the lounges were tight. There was one shower house between both hotels and one set of lockers at the Venetian that were free. I would have loved to see more showers and a second set of lockers nearer to the Palazzo. We had a redeye flight and had to be checked out of the hotel at 11 am so we needed both. Final comment is that while the hotel is kept spotless, the pool area had food and drinks that people had left laying around for hours. We never saw anyone come by to pick it up even though other staff was passing thru the area frequently. It was a real miss!

Imagine you just arrived at the hotel after a long flight, you did your quick run to the grocery store, saw a play and head to the room for a good nights rest for the next morning. Around 3am, you hear a hard thud at the front door. You hear a man and a woman talking to each other saying "This is the right room, the key worked." Thankfully you locked the door latch. You tell the intruders, "you have the wrong room" and close the door. All this happened because the front desk person, gave your keys to new people.
