This was such a sweet and unique boutique hotel to stay at. We loved that there was a restaurant and bar on site, along with lots of outdoor hang out space. Free coffee in the morning was a wonderful treat. The bedrooms were clean, beautifully designed, had extremely comfortable beds, and high end products in the bathroom. Only complaints are that, while the products are Le Labo and smell amazing, they seemed extremely watered down, and also the room was very dark. I love not having overhead lighting but there weren’t enough lamps. If you require absolute silence, the bathroom walls are thin and you can hear periodic noise from the parking lot, but neither were bothersome at all to us. Otherwise, our stay was absolutely perfect and we’ll be recommending to others for sure.

“Weekend Getaway”

Stayed here as a little getaway for my husbands birthday and this location did not disappoint! From the moment you drive into the parking lot you are met with a feeling of cozy chic. The outdoor patio is fit with comfortable couches, lounge chairs, and fire pits. Then you walk into a lovely lounge area equipped with a bar/restaurant area that does not disappoint! We were going to try and find a place for dinner off campus, but are so glad we didn’t! There’s nothing like having a nice meal and drinks, while being 50 steps away from your hotel room! The staff are also exceptional! The concierge and bartender were experienced and attentive. The vibes are immaculate, and I cannot recommend this place enough!!

“Cute boutique Motel.”

It’s on a busy road, so if traffic noise is not your vibe, request a room on the back side. King bed is pretty comfy. Has those enormous king pillow, both too hard for us. Staff is great, has a bar and restaurant on site and plenty of places to eat nearby. All in all it was a good stay.

Let me start by saying we paid $1,100 for two nights on a weekend in late June. For that we got a very small, dark, modest room accessed from an exterior walkway in a glorified roadside motel. There was a super loud group walking up and down the walkway outside our room, which would have been no big deal at 9 or 10 PM, but it was after midnight. There is no housekeeping service during your stay. The bathroom floor was dirty and the water pressure in the shower was weak. The AC unit is a noisy kludge that is literally in a cage directly next to the bed. There is no in-room fridge, no ice machine, and no vending machines. The bar only offered Coke and Diet Coke…no other soft drinks. They charge $5 for a Coke. We ate on site one evening just for convenience. The bar was empty, the food was way over-priced and just mediocre, and the “server” seemed bored and annoyed he had to wait on us. The toiletries in the bathroom are better than usual, the beds were comfortable, and the lobby and outside seating are lovely. Super convenient to Tanglewood, downtown Lenox and the surrounding sights. Not even close to being worth what we paid.
