“Customer service”
I always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn Kansas City–Liberty. Ana and Jocelyn are a big reason why. They are always polite, friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure my needs are taken care of and that I have a comfortable stay.

“Great stay”
Hampton Inn Kansas City Liberty was in a great area. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The only negative thing I found was that the bed was too firm and the pillows were flat.

“Great Hotel-Minus Tons of Rowdy Kids”
This hotel was nice, clean, spacious, has a pool, had breakfast etc. the front desk staff and cleaning team were welcoming and pleasant! “Great service, small but comfortable room”
Excellent customer service by the employees. Room was small but comfortable, more well- lit than most hotel room. There was even a nightlight in the bathroom that automatically brightened when you walked in and dimmed after you left.
