“Great service”
Darrell was an outstanding driver and represented the holiday inn very well. He went out of his way to provide excellent service and was very polite and helpful with our luggage.

“Shuttle ride”
Darrell was an extremely nice shuttle driver. He very enthusiastically helped everybody with their luggage and was very polite the entire time. If I was his boss I’d give him a raise.

“Awesome Customer Service by Jada”
Jada was amazing. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She helped us resolve two problems and was very pleasant. We’ve been to many hotels recently, and Jada (by far) has been the most professional and accommodating. She should train other hotel staff on customer service.

“Check daily rates before handing over your Visa”
The room was clean & comfortable. The issue was when I checked out & asked for a receipt. Two different rates were listed for a 2 night stay, an increase of $55! When I called the manager stated "weekend rates are higher" which wasn't explained when we checked in.
