“Wonderful staff”
Alan, Alex, Jose, Genesis, Elsa, Yuni, Lauren and Luis are spectacular and always deliver fantastic customer service. This is my favorite layover hotel in LA.

“Refuse to stay anywhere else”
I always have a pleasant experience when I stay at H Hotels! I refuse to stay anywhere else when I visit LA and I visit pretty often. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is always clean and I just love the layout. It’s my home away from home.

Room over all was clean, I’m a housekeeper myself from Chicago a few things I noticed room was dusty especially on top of the tv,headboard & night light lamp poles. Refrigerator did not get cold.
