“Staff was great”
The front desk staff, especially Treccia were so sweet. I was so pleased by the staff's treatment of us. Treccia was amazing. “Like new RENOVATION”
Lequita at the front desk made our stay comfortable. I chose this hotel as they are 1 mile from the hospital my husband was to have a procedure at. “Disgruntled over the run around”
The actual stay was good. The front desk people were courteous and very helpful. The only reason I'm writing this review is not because of the staff or the actual service, It is because when I came to check in, I had to give a 25-dollar deposit which I was told would be release 10 -12 business days… more
