“Great staff and Beautiful Hotel”
Beautiful hotel with the best customer service. Ms. Amanda (front desk) and Ms. Tonya (Bistro) are the BEST!! They were accommodating and made my stay comfortable one. I will be staying here again when I visit New Orleans.

Traveled and stayed here to attend a family funeral nearby. The staff was outstanding and kind. The room was ready early. The place was clean, well kept and while it was not brand new it was not rum down at all. Was recently renovated. It has a coffee bar and cafe in lobby. Refrigerator in the room… more

“Good, comfortable stay”
The staff was very nice. The lady that works the bistro in the evening, Tonya.; was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The linens were fresh and soft, and the bed was very comfortable. My only concern was the fact that there was not enough lighting in the rooms.

I think this place needs new management. When we were here a year ago, it was a disaster. This year one of the elevators was out our whole 12 day stay. They were supposed to clean our room every other day but some days it was two days in a row and other days it could be three days without a clean… more
