Wonderful experience here! The staff is friendly & accommodating. Our arrival was near the end of the evening food / bar service ... without us even having to ask, the lady @ the front desk asked if we wanted to partake, & when we said that we did, she said, "we're going to make that happen". The food / bar workers made us feel @ home. The evening manager made a point of remembering us & making us feel very welcome when we returned on the second evening. The morning & evening staff were kind & friendly. We especially enjoyed speaking with one of the ladies on a couple of occasions (I'm not sure if her name but I think that it may be Shonda?) These folks made us feel like we'd been long time patrons when we'd only been there for a couple of nights. The food is good & there's plenty of it - the staff is attentive to make sure that it's replenished as needed. The parking is very convenient. The hotel is clean & comfortable. The housekeeping ladies that we came across were friendly as well. This was just a super experience & I can't wait to go back. We're hoping to visit a couple of times a year, as it was such a great stay!

"5-star experience at the New Orleans Drury! The sales team from Star Basket were incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring a smooth planning process for our family tour. The front desk clerks and Drejuan were also fantastic, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. Rooms were nice and spacious very clean, beds comfortable and facility is well kept. But the real standout was Mr. Daniel in the banquet room area. His exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to providing excellent service made our family reunion a huge success. We highly recommend the Drury and, in particular, Mr. Daniel – a true gem in the team!"

“GREAT HOTEL with bad guests”

We stay at this same hotel twice a year and we always try to get the same room on the sixth floor. Slade, who is the manager is always on top of everything from the front desk to cleaning off tables in the dining room. Very friendly staff that will go above and beyond. We were just there this past week and an experience I have never seen. A large group came in and checked out before us. I noticed that the room service was not going to a lot of the rooms, but you can waive this and get 200 points on your stay. The guest were sitting empty plates outside the rooms along with cans of trash as I noticed going to the elevator. After they checked out house cleaning was cleaning the rooms and had the doors open and I could not believe how these rooms were trashed. It is a shame that people would do this to this hotel or any place for that matter. I told the room service supervisor when she was inspecting that they should send these people a bill. I'm putting this in the review in the event they do, and they want to complain and send a bad review. This has always been a great hotel with great food and service.
