Courtney and the entire team really exemplified southern hospitality. Courtney knew my name when I walked up to the desk and was so helpful with tips throughout our stay. “Great week in NOLA staying at the Homewood Suites.”
I was welcomed at the hotel entrance with a friendly hello. Kevana, the front desk manager was extremely helpful, was able to arrange an early check in. The room was in great shape, thank you Velda.
