“A good central location and a lovely room.”
Had a lovely room. I will say it is noisy due to the trolly that runs right down the street and people do like to party outside (inside was quiet). How often does the train go by? So often you don’t even notice. They supply ear plugs which I thought was hilarious! I didn’t use them. Just take this… more

“Perfect for my Business Trips”
The place is in a great area - safe and convenient to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Rooms are good , with great value. It’s very easy and hassle free to check in and get to your room. I am in town every week for work and this is my “go to” place to stay.

“Great location”
The Lafayette's location is close to the quarter and the warehouse district but much quieter, and the rooms are comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is very nice, and it's conveniently located on the streetcar line on St. Charles.

The Lafayette was a great hotel. It was in the perfect area and we could walk to everything and there were many restaurants and things to do nearby.
