“Beautiful Hotel with friendly and extremely helpful team members”
My wife and I just returned from New Orleans and The Roosevelt Hotel made it a great experience. “Lovely hotel , great doorman”
First, I want to say that RICO, the doorman, is fantastic! He is so welcoming, friendly and a wealth of New Orleans knowledge. That man is a gift. The hotel has some great charm and service overall, but could use some newer rugs and furniture as they looked old vs charming.
