“Great”
It was Amazing but need free breakfast tho and need the indoor pool to be ready , buffet need to be a lil cheaper and the outdoor pool can be a lil deeper as well and the rooms can be more colder and and the snacks can cheaper too but all together it’s was great

“5 star treatment in an extremely cost effective package!”
Lyric and terrica are absolutely phenomenal and always take great care of me! The hotel is freshly renovated with nice amenities and the rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean. It's always a pleasure staying at the HGI Shreveport!

“Nice rooms”
The hotel was recently renovated. Rooms are very nice but parts of renovation it appears the workers did not care about being precise, especially in the hallways and bathroom.
