“Trey was great”
Trey was amazing, there was some system issue and he checked me in very efficiently and calmly. He maintained him composure while other people were getting upset. Very skilled customer focused guy.

“Aging, furniture decaying but service great except for tv stream they just updated - thumbs down”
Definitely needs updating, beds have holes in the box spring coverings and all Outdated. The tv service was updated the first week we were here and Fox News went dark and they could t restore, a week later they no longer carried a conservative channel but cnn alive and well - won’t be staying here… more

“Best thing going for hotel is some of their rock star staff”
Best part of our stay was Trey. I reserved a premium room and on our 2nd day they had not refilled the snacks. We had been at TT for 10 hrs and didn’t get lunch, so it was important to us.
