“Excellent place to stay and helpful hosts.”
Seabreeze motel and the people are Excellent. Leeanne, Heather and the entire staff made the our stay easy and pleasant. They know the area well and helped us explore much more than the beach. Though we went with a weekend booking, we ended up staying much more than that.

“Great Beach Motel OOB”
We had the best time at the Seabreeze Motel by the pier in Old Orchard Beach. We had the two bedroom with a kitchen and open area living/dining room. It was perfect with plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. It is a quick walk to the beach, even carrying all our “stuff”. I didn’t feel guilty… more
