“Quaint and nice”
Quaint and charming. Very retro, but nicely redone. Beds were comfortable. Kinda far from Bar Harbor, but not too bad. We had a nice deck out back.

“Pleasant Surprise”
We stayed here for 2 nights in August while visiting friends who had an RV at Hadleys Point CG. The room was as it is pictured on the web site and looks like it was upgraded. “Great place! Very affordable? Great location for Acadia National Park visit. ”
Would rate this a 5 but unfortunately the neighbors in the next room down decided to smoke what smelled like marijuana on the deck outside the back door and the smell was very offensive! Otherwise the room and facilities were great! Would recommend this location to others.
