“Wonderful first visit to Portland, Maine”
The location is excellent. It is a beautiful hotel. I chose a room with a balcony and it was lovely. Beware you are close to your neighbors on the balcony. Everything was clean and working. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the regency. Friendly staff, clean hotel, & loved the spa! “Beautiful, historic hotel”
Perfectly located beautiful, historic hotel. Bed and pillows are super comfortable. Plenty of choices for food and drink onsite. It was rainy and the hotel provided umbrellas for us to use for the day. Highly recommend!

Location and service cannot be beat. This was in the middle of everything and everyone from the front desk, to the valet parkers to the maids were unfailingly helpful and nice.
