Location: This hotel is located on Route 1, just off exit 45 of the Maine turnpike and is just minutes from the Maine Mall and Deering Oaks Park. It is roughly 15 minutes by car to D. Millos restaurant, J's Oyster Bar, the Old Orchard Beach and Portland Museum of Art. Sebago Lake is around an hour's drive from the property and Boston and the White Mountain National Park are 2 hours away by car.

“Not right in Portland but just the right distance.”

“Average hotel - look over your bill carefully at checkout”
I stayed here one night in May with my husband. Hotel is definitely dated but it was clean. Nice variety at breakfast. The hairdryer was outside the bathroom at the 2 nd sink. “Ok for price”
The rooms have not been updated since roughly 2000. The air-conditioning unit was very loud and it felt like the bed was vibrating based on the air-conditioning units high fan speed. All of that said, I would recommend if you are looking for a reasonable hotel to stay in for a few nights.
