Could not be happier with our experience. Shuttle brought us from the airport and Jaelynn (spelling?) at the front desk was refreshingly down to earth and helpful. After settling into our room, which was clean and spacious, we went back to the desk to ask about a grocery store in walking distance. She called the shuttle driver who took us to one and back at no charge. He also pointed out great places he'd be happy to drive us to when they were open the next day. Our teens enjoyed playing pool in the lounge area and theres also hot drinks readily available at all hours there as well.

“Will stay again”

The location is great whether you’re going to the mall or the airport. The atmosphere and rooms were pleasant very little noise and very clean.

Stayed here to be close to the airport. As someone else stated, the room is clean at first glance but it became clear that it needed some more attention. The floor had clearly not been vacuumed and barely swept. The bed platforms where the head board is was also full of all sorts of debris...and the mattress had a pretty bad stain on it just under the pillows. The hotel was also incredibly noisy, one of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed in. I even texted the number that texted me prior to check in- asking me if there was anything they could do to make my stay better to reach out....well I did and I never got a response. I wanted to like this spot but I don't know if I will stay again.

“Convenient Location”

My daughter and I spent one night, to be closer to her hockey game. Due to the snow the parking was really a challenge. I had pre-checked in to room 404, which I chose due to its location, I wanted a room that didn’t face the highway, but my digital key wouldn’t download so when we checked in at the desk we were assigned room 413, which I knew faced the highway. I didn’t complain about it at all, based on the parking lot I just assumed they must not have many rooms available. I just had hip replacement surgery less than 3 weeks ago and the elevator wasn’t working. I knew I couldn’t climb that many flights of stairs, luckily It was fixed within an hour. The room is on the small side, and at first glance looked clean, but we noticed red hair in the shower, the sheets on one of the beds weren’t very clean, the platforms holding the mattresses needed to be cleaned, as well as some of the desk surfaces and corners of the rooms. There was a lot of highway traffic sound but we put the heating/cooling unit on constant fan and it helped. Check-in person was nice!
